We’ve made it easier to cancel orders & updated our Cancellation Policy, which can be found here. The updated policy mentions a Reliability score, which isn’t live just yet but will be released soon. We believe these changes will result in an improved experience & increased accountability among individual members of the LEx community. As always, please let us know if you think there’s room for further improvement.

Very nice update, thank you very much. Fortunately, it doesn’t often, but this makes it much easier to reimburse the brewer.
