On the evening of January 13th, our payment processor went down, causing payments to initially go through, but later automatically fail.
The issue was resolved around 1:00 PM EST on January 14th.
For orders that were erroneously canceled, we’re in the process of figuring out what, if anything, can be done, or if they just need to be re-ordered. This is an ongoing issue that we’re still actively trying to figure out. We’ll post updates and action-steps once we get them.
Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for the inconvenience!
All affected orders will remain canceled. As always, you can find order status from my purchases or my sales. Any money taken out of your account will be refunded immediately. Here’s our official recommendation for buyers and sellers:
Buyers: Any canceled orders will not be processed. Unfortunately, there’s no way for us to re-process these transactions. You will need to re-purchase any canceled orders that you still want to receive. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Sellers: Any listings where you made a sale, we recommend that you make sure that your “Quantity Remaining” is correct. This can be done on the edit page of each listing.
