On the evening of January 13th, our payment processor went down, causing payments to initially go through, but later automatically fail.
The issue was resolved around 1:00 PM EST on January 14th.
For orders that were erroneously canceled, we’re in the process of figuring out what, if anything, can be done, or if they just need to be re-ordered. This is an ongoing issue that we’re still actively trying to figure out. We’ll post updates and action-steps once we get them.
